JLCasajuana incorporates into its team the legal boutique Cardillo Abogados and its director Carolina Cardillo Hernández to strengthen its Insurance Law department. Cardillo Abogados was born in Madrid in 2009 as a law firm specializing in Insurance Law and Professional Civil Liability, with extensive experience in the management of matters related to this matter and defense in court for compensation claims arising from claims of any kind.
Carolina Cardillo Hernández has extensive experience dedicated exclusively to Insurance Law, with practice in courts for more than 17 years and extensive knowledge of different areas of the insurance industry. After 13 years of self-employment, she now joins our firm with a clear vocation for growth, contributing extensive procedural practice in different jurisdictions.</ P>
He has intervened in hundreds of legal proceedings on behalf of insurance companies such as CASER, MAPFRE or ARCH INSURANCE, but also in countless claims made by individuals and companies against claims of any nature, including Medical Malpractice, Accidents, Fires, Explosions, etc.
In the field of professional Civil Liability, she began defending different construction agents, she was a member of the Legal Department of Ferrovial Agroman and the College of Quantity Surveyors of Madrid. Later, after opening her own office, she expanded her practice to other types of Professional Civil Liability, where she assumed the defense of Lawyers, Solicitors, Economists and Engineers, in all kinds of judicial and extrajudicial claims.
She has extensive training in Insurance Law, which allows her to carry out a clear and detailed study of the policies applicable to each case, thus guaranteeing the best defense for the customer interests. It stands out, in addition to its technical rigor, specialization and knowledge of Civil Liability, for its remarkable abilities to achieve success in mediation and in extrajudicial negotiations, avoiding the judicialization of the files and giving a quick solution to the client.
Carolina has been a professor at the Law School of the Carlos III University and is a regular speaker at conferences and congresses in the field, highlighting her recurring and regular presentations at the Bar Association of Madrid and the Interprofessional Union, among other organizations.
