We share with you the article of our Director, José Luis Casajuana Espinosa published today in the newspaper Five Days on the new Trade Secrets Law, which will come into force on March 13 and defines trade secrets as another asset, susceptible to assignment or sale, and will foreseeably generate greater confidence in innovative companies and startups.
