Law degree from the University of Castilla La Mancha. Lawyer belonging to the professional associations of Madrid and Ciudad Real. Legal advisor to the Tutelary Foundation of Castilla La Mancha (Futucam). Member of the “Feaps Jurists Network”, representing the associative movement of the Autonomous Community of Castilla la Mancha since its foundation in 2011. Member of the Jurists Forum of the Spanish Association of Tutelary Foundations since 2005.

Collaborator for the second consecutive year as an adjunct professor in the course given at the Castilla La Mancha Regional Administration School on “Approach to the regulatory framework and social dimension of people with disabilities”.

He has actively participated in numerous conferences and congresses on Intellectual Disability and Law, among others, “II Regional Conference on Tutelary Foundations”, organized in Seville in March 1997. “Congresses on Guardianship and Disability” held in Barcelona in March 1998. ” I Regional Congress on Legal Protection of the Disabled ”, held in Valladolid in November 2001, and the“ IV Conference on Intellectual Disability and Law ”, organized in Granada in October 2003.
