The purpose of this form is to update the personal data of the person affected by IDental in order to provide them to the Central Court of Instruction No. 5 of the National High Court, who is investigating the lawsuit filed on your behalf against IDental clinics for crimes of continuous fraud, misappropriation, false documentation, fraudulent administration, asset forfeiture and money laundering and against public health and injuries.

As you well know, the criminal proceeding has accumulated a long delay because the National Court is investigating the case of all those affected by IDental clinics nationwide, including yours, in addition to the slowdown caused by the COVID-19.

Currently, the criminal proceeding is in the investigation phase, that is to say, it is the Central Court of Instruction No. 5 of the National High Court itself who is investigating the events that took place, calling the affected parties one by one and requesting them to provide any additional documents it deems necessary in order to identify evidence of criminality to prosecute IDental Clinics.

In order to try to speed up the procedure, the firm will proceed in the following months to file a procedural motion, in which, additionally, it will request that the Court summons those persons who have not yet made a statement, for which reason we ask you to please fill in the following form with the personal data of the person affected by IDental in order to be able to provide them to the Court.
